They should have it painted it or had a tile mosaic installed. Unfortunately he could seek damages if they did that I'm sure his name and likeness are copyrighted. They can use the Jersey because once you buy something your right to use the image or likeness as you choose is yours alone as long as you don't use it for Marketing or replicate it for profit. What a Hoot! Smart guy!
