Yes, I realize that. Not sure what that has to do with what I am talking about. And he and I are having the discussion over several threads.

It has everything to do with what we are talking about. If you are looking at the title of this thread and the history of the author you would have to be blind not to see the racist viewpoint.

What they did was unconstitutional, and the tax payers are paying for it. I'm glad he's getting a new trial.
