oct 15 2015 A hospital in Stockholm is understood to be first in the world to set up an emergency department specifically for male rape victims. The clinic at Södersjukhuset opened on Thursday as part of a strategy to ensure "gender equal" patient care.

Södersjukhuset already runs a round-the-clock walk-in clinic for women and girls who have been sexually assaulted in the city, treating between 600 and 700 patients a year. Now, the hospital, which hosts the largest emergency care unit in the Nordic region, is opening its doors to men and boys who are victims of rape and sex attacks.

"We are happy that we now can finally open the first rape clinic for men following the rape clinic for women," Rasmus Jonlund, a press spokesperson for the Liberal Party, which led the campaign for the department in the Swedish capital, told The Local just ahead of the launch.

Getting out of debt is actually very easy. Just stop issuing bonds. Existing bonds will mature over the next 30 years and cash out. But it will take a constitutional amendment to stop our government from selling bonds.

Like most people you don't understand the size of the numbers involved. Couldn't pay off a $1 trillion debt unless we reduced government spending to zero. Everytime some asshole talks about cutting things to help pay off the debt dumb people applaud. But anyone who actually has a simple calculator handy can do some simple arithmetic and see the truth of it. Cutting say at the extreme end of things $100 billion a year wont touch a $1 trillion debt. Ok, now the debt's $900 billion the next year (ignoring interest) So now what Ace? Gonna do it again and again for another 9 years until you've paid off the full trillion? And of course, there's the other $17 trillion still outstanding.

The debt is so massive that the only thing that can be done is defaulting on it.

What you Leftwats don't seem to understand is that people aren't going to fork over trillions of dollars and then go make trillions more. You get to confiscate people's wealth just one time. Then the producers stop starting and expanding businesses. Nobody makes money just to have it taken from them.

But a very concise and succinct account of contemporary Sweden political climate, and prevailing attitudes of various Swedish circles or voices. So alarming! So crazy.
