The reason federal funding for the San Bernardino terrorist attack was delayed was because the Obama federal agencies were reluctant to characterize the incident as a terrorist attack. It seems that a year after the incident the Obama administration was still reluctant to make the call. You almost gotta laugh that the radical lefties would include the mandate of terrorist investigation with the freaking disobedience of federal law inherent in so-called (illegal) sanctuary cities.
