That is all I can find at the moment.
This thing is literally snowballing.
All we need now is one or two blue states to support it, like New Hampshire or Vermont.
And not one of those states has any standing.
Which is why this issue is DOA
The SCOTUS doesn't agree with you, they accepted a number of individual states Amicus briefings already, it is noted at their website.
The SCOTUS also requested the (defendant) states response to the motion made by the Plaintiff by 3 pm tomorrow.
The Mike Kelly v. Pennsylvania case got an identical docket spot on December 3rd. The Courts required responses from Pennsylvania by Wendesday of last week.
And then SCOTUS dismissed the suit with a one sentence reply on Tuesday. Never granted it cert. Never heard arguments. Never gave it so much as a public hearing.
But tell me again how the Supreme Court 'disagrees'?
I provided the link, which you obviously ignored since the court have ACCEPTED Amicus briefs of some of the stated that has joined with the state of Texas, here is for your lazy eyes:

You also ignored this part where the defendant states have been requested to respond to the motion made by the state of Texas, due tomorrow at 3 PM.
Mike Kelly made a poor choice for his lawsuit, which is why it was taken down, while this current one has a lot better chance since it based on constitutional law. That is WHY the 4 states responses will be revealing,
You are disputing with the SCOTUS website.
