The school and the police are dealing with a mentally disturbed child. He was told if he could not comply with the schools directions on restrooms then he could home school, he didn't want that and became a truancy issue and the police then get involved. This kid just wants to escalate.

He isn't a girl nor was he kidnapped. Truancy is a real thing under the law for which you can be arrested and put into foster care if it's flagrant and repeated because your parents have a legal obligation to get your ass to school.

This person seems to have some serious issues so maybe he needs to be institutionalized so he can work them out before acting on his suicide threat.
