Unfortunately, negroes are taught that if the best way to deal with a cop asking you questions is to yell and cry and spit and whine. They're also taught that if they see another negro being arrested by a cop, the best course of action is to attack the arresting officer. Negroes are also taght that when they scream out a question, the best course of action is to scream out the question again as soon as the cop tries to respond. Of course, cops shouldn't have to deal with this type of silly bullshit, so arresting the negroes becomes the only appropriate course of action.
