You are not putting the facts together correctly. The virus has a 14 day incubation period. Texas gives an order to lift the stay at home order. 5000 in the last 5 days test positive. But they had to have been infected 14 days ago when they were in lockdown. They couldn't possibly have been infected in the last five days. That won't show up for another 10 days! Texas now knows what Governor Cuomo meant when he said that 68% of all new cases happened to people that were in lockdown.

The lock down never worked.
