Has Kavanaugh taken a polygraph test?
Why should he? Due process means that the accusers have to prove their allegations. In case you've forgotten, an accused person is still innocent until proven guilty.
So excuses why Kavanaugh shouldn't take a polygraph. After Ford already did and passed.
It doesn't matter if she did cartwheels down the hall while reciting the lines from the "H.M.S. Pinnafore". Polygraph results are still inadmissible in a court of law, so her polygraph results are meaningless.
If polygraph tests are meaningless, why does the FBI frequently use them as part of their security clearance process?
And again, why the excuses why Kavanaugh shouldn't take a polygraph after Ford passed one.
That doesn't demonstrate much confidence in Kavanaugh.
If they are not meaningless, why are they not allowed to be used in court as evidence?
