Well, yeah. The hardcore partisans are all for it.

They and their side have all the answers, the other side is always wrong, the other side has no ideas or opinions worth hearing, and they're gonna cram their ideologies right down our throats whether we like it or not, no matter what or who they have to destroy, because dammit, they know what's best for America in every situation and everyone else is stupid.

I mean, what's not to like?
