In his first post he clearly stated "these are the quarter that were over 3" because one of you Trump sheep claimed that Obama never had a quarter over 3.
They were missed because he was only listing the quarters over three, which he clearly stated.
That is a very nice picture, does not change the fact that the false statement was made that Obama never had a quarter over 3%.
