Clarence Thomas, who wants to retire at a normal age (he's 70), Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who is quite aged and in poor health, and Stephen Breyer, who is 80.

There is a law that says "the President may declare a national emergency and build that which he deems necessary to end that national emergency" that law was passed by Congress and signed into law. Therefor Trump actually doing it is fucking legal and no court should be able to tell him he can't.
On the other hand, there is no law which permitted Obama to allow people to sign up en masse so that we wouldn't be deported even though they are living here illegally. Among the very many things Obama did that were Unconstitutional power grabs.
