It isn't often the Republican get something right, but their tax cutting legislation set to hit Trump's desk before the end of the year hits the mark.

The vast majority of elderly Social Security and Medicare recipients consistently vote Republican. This makes the new tax law's mandated $25 billion cut to Medicare and the elderly folks' loss of cancer treatment most gratifying. Coupled with the inevitable decreases in Social Security benefits instead of increases, their diminished future income is certain to make their lives miserable.

Watching these old farts' beloved Republican congressmen constantly screw them over is great. And, when they complain, and they will complain, how difficult it is to get by on Social Security, pay for their needed medications, and how they are dying of cancer, we can tell them, "they asked for it."

Did you even read the link? It's nothing but a freaking left wing op-ed by someone named Sean Williams. It doesn't even make any sense unless the intent is to scare senior citizens.

You couldn't understand it because it is longer than a tweet.

Why don't they just cut medicare down to end of life care only?

Stop covering high blood pressure and cholesterol issues, type II diabetes, and obesity. Those people made life choices. Shouldn't be our problem.
