Why would they? Why would a private school throw out the kid of a senator or a businessman to take in the kid of a ghetto resident who had a kid who was a little smarter?

which school buses are these? My catholic HS had school buses that we paid for, driven by teachers who probably had no business driving a bus.

Why shouldn't they? I mean, once you say, "We are giving you vouchers", everyone should be able to claim them.

Conversely, why would a private school take a voucher, which probably comes with a lot of government strings attached, when they can just take the rich person's money.
