I believe the courts should rule that a person’s gender is the gender stated on one’s birth certificate and the gender classification cannot be changed, period, nada, zip, never.

When the baby leaves the womb, the doctor inspects the baby and determines its sex, how? If you said by determining its sex by its genitalia, then you are correct, and you get a gold star and an atta-boy. The question of sex thus ends at that very moment. So simple even a Kindergartner could figure it out.
