The other vaccines are considered “perfect”. In other words, once the virus enters the person, the virus is destroyed before it makes the individual ill, and can not spread it to others.

This vaccine is considered “leaky” as it will not completely destroy the virus before the individual can become ill or die from it, and the vaccinated person can pass it on to others.
