"The end of democracy"? Did you fall asleep during civics 101 or is this the kind of crap the federal education system has been teaching for the last fifty years? The Supreme Court affirmed the Constitutional protection of the president. Otherwise the opposing party would be able to arrest the Chief Executive on bogus charges every time he made a decision they disagreed with. It would turn the U.S. into a banana republic and maybe that's what ignorant lefties and radical democrats want.

So now it is legal for Biden to go after Trump if it is within his presidential duties. The upreme Court has ruled that the president has immunity. This is the end of democracy. This shows that the right wing doesn't give a damn about the constitution. Here we see an activist right wing court giving Trump coverfir his crimes. This is another sorry day for America.
