The people may only resort to Force of Arms to Restore the Rule of Law under the following three conditions:
a) Suspension of Trial by Jury (American Revolution; Admiralty Courts).
b) Abject and overt voter fraud (Battle of Athens, Tennessee).
c) Confiscation of Arms (American Revolution; Lexington and Concord).

All three of these abolish Popular Sovereignty, which is the cornerstone of the Enlightenment (read on John Locke) and the Constitution of the United States (read Ninth Amendment).
