I doubt it. In 2002 the Saudi peace initiative guaranteed Israel's security. All the Arab states signed on. .. even Syria.

Sure. And Camp David settled over 97% of the issues, all that as needed was a little bit more negotiation. That led to the second Intifada. And the withdrawal from Gaza was supposed to bring peace from Gaza and then the WB would have been next. All that brought was more rocket attacks.
