He's partially right. I've written about this in the past here. She lacked a compelling "reason why." That's marketing 101. Have a reason "why." Trump actually had that part sorted out, it was mostly contained in his MAGA slogan. Trump gave a reason why. Hillary didn't.

"I'm with her" is not a reason why.

"Make America Great Again" is a reason why, and a catch-phrase. Genius marketing from the Trump campaign.

But...she lost due to voter suppression thanks to Interstate Crosscheck in GOP controlled swing states. Period. Had crosscheck been ruled illegal -- as it should be -- she would be in the White House because despite her flaws, she still mopped the floor with Donald's orange ass in the popular vote. Absolutely crushed him.

her popular vote margin was less than her pop vote margin in California. In other words, Trump conceded California, never campaigned there. Instead he looked at the reality, and kicked her ass in the swing states, you know the ones he needed to win. National pop vote doesn't matter, never has, never will. You can win a grand slam tennis tournament by losing more games than you win. Does that bother you?

Doesn't matter. The numbers are numbers no matter how you guys try to spin it. You are correct that team Trump focused on swing states. Saying the popular vote "doesn't matter" is idiotic, even for you. It determines how the electoral college votes.

So what does one win by winning the popular vote?
