It violates the U.S. Constitution and as such, illustrates how Democrats refuse to accept limitations of power.

everything that I have read about stopped a frisk saying it was a Rudy program... a commissioner can't come up with a program like that ... the program has to come from the city mayor and that was rudy.... commissioner enforces the laws ...the mayor came up with the program, not the commissioner seems you don't know how government works ... the only reason you claim the commissioner wrote the program is he's a democrat... that's the only reason you are trying to push it ... sorry government doesn't work that way ...
