Earline Davis was earning $26k answering the phones at the Obamacare hotline set up to bypass the Obamacare website that remains unfunctional.
So Sean Hannity, during his radio program, calls the hotline and by chance, gets Earline. He asks her a few questions. She was completely professional, courteous, and personable during the short exchange, but she made one fatal mistake. Sean asked her if anybody is liking the new system and she answered honestly, "Not really."
Shortly she was summarily fired and escorted from the building without being allowed to even retrieve her personal effects herself.
*****************************
Well Sean felt terrible about it when he heard about it. He has paid her a year's salary out of his own pocket, and has set up a jobs page on his website. Hundreds of people have now offered Earline jobs, have offered to donate money, gift cards, etc. and the response has been quite heart warming. As Sean said, nobody should be punished purely for talking to him and most especially when the person did so honestly and in a professional manner.

So what do you think? Was the Obama administration right to fire her? Would you have fired her?
