The Occupy Wall Street Movement is WORKING!!!

Actually government does a pretty good job with all of those.

You really need to get over this ridiculous goverment bad, private sector good, shit.

It was the private sector's Ponzi scheme that destroyed the world economy in 1929 and in 2008.

Government schools as good as private schools?
Government health care as good as private health care?
You know better Chris.
Government technology as good as private technology"
When the prescription drug bill passed the pharmacists sent over their first billing cycle and Medicare could not handle it. They still do it with hard copy paper!
Government research? Yeah, we do a lot of it. We study with 2 million of tax dollars grandparents in Alaska and 4 million to study ants in Europe to name 2 of thousands.
Come on Chris, THINK. I know you are smarter than that.

Sorry, I don't buy into your ridiculous all government is bad shit.

Out of control capitalism destroyed the world economy in 1929 and 2008.

We are still suffering the consequences.

The best system is always the public and private sector working together.

By the way, do you drive on the interstate?

Read my post again Chris about infrastructure. Maybe 3 times more.
Who built an interstate to compete with the one we have?

Exactly.

And if more people would get involved in politics, this would happen.

Look at how much OWS has been able to change the dialogue.

Really?

Yes. Now I talk about tuberculosis and scabies. I didn't used to.
Why aren't you talking about pre-trade price transparency in the swaps market?

"The idea is that customers should get a clear picture of prices. Right now, many swaps are traded one-on-one, over the telephone. The price is usually whatever the dealer says it is.

"When markets are opaque, the risks grow that problematic positions, like those that felled the American International Group in 2008, might once again create financial turmoil and spread through the system..."

Do you even remember AIG?
2008??
"Martial law???"

Here's some more evidence that the movement is working: How Republicans are being taught to talk about Occupy Wall Street | The Ticket - Yahoo! News

Chris Moody said:
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Republican Governors Association met this week in Florida to give GOP state executives a chance to rejuvenate, strategize and team-build. But during a plenary session on Wednesday, one question kept coming up: How can Republicans do a better job of talking about Occupy Wall Street?

"I'm so scared of this anti-Wall Street effort. I'm frightened to death," said Frank Luntz, a Republican strategist and one of the nation's foremost experts on crafting the perfect political message. "They're having an impact on what the American people think of capitalism."

Luntz offered tips on how Republicans could discuss the grievances of the Occupiers, and help the governors better handle all these new questions from constituents about "income inequality" and "paying your fair share."

More from the Republican Governors' Association:

"Don't say 'capitalism.'

"I'm trying to get that word removed and we're replacing it with either 'economic freedom' or 'free market,' " Luntz said. 'The public . . . still prefers capitalism to socialism, but they think capitalism is immoral. And if we're seen as defenders of quote, Wall Street, end quote, we've got a problem."

LOL... reminds me of a quote from a crossover between "The Simpsons" and "The Critic" after reviewing a horrible film and interviewing the actor.

Critic to Ranier Wolfcastle: "How do you sleep at night?"
Ranier Wolfcastle, not getting the disgust: "On top of a pile of money with many beautiful women."

Occupy Next.

"NEW YORK - December 1 - The fight to reclaim democracy from the banks is growing from Wall Street to Main Street.

On Tuesday, December 6th Occupy Wall Street will join in solidarity with a Brooklyn, NY community to liberate a foreclosed home.

"This action is part of a national kick-off for a new frontier for the occupy movement: the liberation of vacant bank-owned homes for those in need, and the defense of families under threat of foreclosure and eviction. Actions will take place in more than 20 cities across the country on Tuesday..."

Liberate a foreclosed home?...
Ok, umm yup....Hey genius....If you take out the loan, you pay off the loan. Otherwise you lose the property. Period.
This is just another action by OWS that will go towards sinking their already leaky boat.
Bunch of fucking freeloaders.

Frank Luntz is now briefing Republicans on how to address the issues raised by OWS.

The Republicans are terrified of these issues.

And who approved the deriviatives market--CRISS--Ya dumb ass?--:cuckoo:

Phil Gramm snuck an amendment into a spending bill on the day before Christmas recess that deregulated the financial industry.

That's what created the problem.

Then Bush's SEC sat by while the problem grew to destroy the world economy even after Warren Buffett had warned about it in 2003.

Yes, they are so terrified they don't talk about them.

I have not heard one word about this or what it represents through our party machinery.

Besides not answering the question, what you post is not related to you claim anyway.

Barney Frank led the destruction of the economy via his oversight of FM/FM and the SEC did just fine.

President Obama was sitting in congress (well, some of the time) and pushihng his campaign of hate which he carried with him to the White House.

Liberals hate liberty.

The economy was doing fine without President Obama.
