Tax cheats, these white collar criminals may soon trade in their three-piece suit for an orange one, IF justice prevails:

Feds 'Chomping at the Bit' to Use Panama Papers to Catch Criminals

Those of us who pay our taxes ought to cheer when those who flout the law are held to answer. Justice in these cases can only be served on a metal plate in a lunch line at a federal prison. Simply making white collar criminals pay a fine and make restitution is an affront to all honest, law abiding citizens.

BREAKING: Hillary Busted in Massive New Tax Cheat Scandal... Spread This Everywhere

Hillary Clinton‘s family charities now have to refile tax returns for at least the past five years after reports surfaced of massive errors in how they reported their earnings from foreign governments.

Increasingly, her charities have been under scrutiny after Republicans accused Clinton of being susceptible to foreign influence through large donations. Her campaign team calls these accusations “absurd conspiracy theories.”

The errors appear on form “990,” a form that all non-profit organizations are required to file with the Internal Revenue Service every year to continue their tax-exempt status.

Bill Allison, a senior fellow at the Sunlight Foundation, a government transparency advocacy group said, “If those numbers keep changing — well, actually, we spent this on this, not that on that — it really defeats the purpose.”

According to Reuters, “For three years in a row beginning in 2010, the Clinton Foundation reported to the IRS that it received zero in funds from foreign and U.S. governments, a dramatic fall-off from the tens of millions of dollars in foreign government contributions reported in preceding years.”

Misreporting a few dollars on your yearly IRS filing is an error. “Accidentally” leaving out tens of millions of dollars is more than an error; it’s a lie.

1. Tax cheats can be D's, R's, I's or L's - want to bet which group will dominate the demographic?
2. Derailing a thread by injecting a partisan character assassination from a clearly partisan source is foolish.
3. Failing to post a link to a credible source is Fox Newsworthy.
4. See the link below for a more credible perspective

Exclusive: Clinton charities will refile tax returns, audit for other errors

That said, the point of the thread is this: Should tax cheats when convicted be jailed. Notice the hack who attempted to derail this thread had no intention of responding to the issue at hand and continued in the effort to assassinate the character of HRC sans, any indictment let alone the fact that no conviction exists.

Translation: But she's a Clinton, so we are expected to overlook the fact that she "forgot" about millions of dollars in donations from foreign governments while she made decisions in their favor as SoS....

You've indicted and convicted HRC only because you are a partisan hack. It is character assassination, a machination which betrays truth, justice and the American way. And I bet you believe yourself to be a patriot, a Christian and honest.

Q. Do you believe HRC sat down with turbo tax and prepared the taxes

Q. Did you read the link from Reuter's (posted above)

Q. Is ignorance an excuse for mendacity (consider HRC & yourself).

Mod Note:

Hey -- Clinton IRS problems deserve their own thread. Check to see if there IS one.. If not -- start one.
That topic is a little far afield from THIS OP.. Read the OP.. Comment within the scope of the OP...

I don't wish to disappoint you but justice will not prevail. Money will. As you eventually will discover this entire issue will gradually and quietly transform into a massive cash cow for the corrupt officials who soon will begin shoveling payoffs for leniency into their own offshore hiding places. This is all part of the big ka-ching game that is high level politics.

While it is possible that one or two minor offenders will be sacrificed in the name of credibility and be sentenced to one-or-two years, those sentences will quietly be reduced to a few months. We won't even hear the names of the really big fish. They are making a big deal about Panama, which is by no means the most active off-shore cookie jar, but they are ignoring Switzerland and the Cayman Islands -- where the Clintons like to vacation.

The Caymans is the big one. That's where the high-rollers stash their purple cash.

One can hope, and the more a flashlight is put on the system the more likely hope will prevail and bad guys will get more than a slap on the wrist.
