Have no idea if it's just heart shaped at the muzzle or all the way down, I suspect it's all the way down. I also strongly suspect this was the gunsmith's objet de vertu, his pièce de résistance, the crowning glory of his art and never meant to be fired.

Yeah could go all the way. Hammered damascus around a heart shape rod. Too fancy to fire anyway.
