Biden stopped the Keystone XL, the Keystone is operational and has been for years. The XL was stopped due to it abuse of Native American lands for a private firm which is illegal and it was an investment to allow China direct access to Canadian oil that the Chinese are invested to the tune of 15 billion.

A better question would be, why did Trump take 31/2 years to approve of the keystone XL?

Climate change will not come about if one oil pipeline is closed yet 200,000 miles of petroleum pipelines operate in the US and they are expanding along with yet another Canadian pipeline in Wisconsin about to open. Why don't you whine for China a little harder so they can have their oil from the Chinese oil fields in Canada? I guess now that Trump is done lying about how he opposed China you can support them now that Biden is president.
