The Third Worst Thing that Could happen to Democrats would be for a Judge to Force a Planeload of Deportees to Turn Back.

Sorry bout that,

1. Yes send them back all of them, and shake them ALL loose at this Judges, house.
2. So he can get a load of them, let them mingle with his daughters, and families, yeah do it.

He should appeal to the Venezuelans to take him back as he has no right to be in the US as he was an illegal, no matter his criminal history. Venezuela should have no problem taking him back if he is not a criminal.

I wonder if we'll see any stats soon on self-deportations?

Ah! Glad you said that!

So, you would be the one to answer my questions:

What would the "due process" you demand prior to removing these illegal aliens look like?

Would they go to court in every case? Would they be given a free lawyer to represent them? What would be the standard of proof for the government to justify a removal? If a judge gave an order of removal, how soon should the illegal be deported?

Why would we not just use the expedited removal process that has been in place for decades? That is the process that they are due.

The IIRIRA gave the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (the name for the umbrella organization responsible for immigration enforcement at the time) the authority to remove from the United States, without the need for a hearing before an immigration judge, people who:
  1. are either applicants for admission to the United States or satisfy the following conditions: have entered the United States without admission or advance parole, and have been continuously physically present in the United States for less than two years,
  2. are inadmissible under certain statutory grounds primarily due to failure to comply with visa or other entry document requirements, and/or fraud or misrepresentation,
  3. make no claim to lawful permanent resident status, and
  4. do not seek asylum or express a fear of persecution.

Exceptions and government discretion

A number of de facto and de jure exceptions apply to expedited removal.<a

Asylum seekers

Those who request to apply for asylum, or express a fear of persecution or torture when they make contact with immigration enforcement, are referred for a credible fear interview with a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services officer. If they are able to demonstrate to the officer that they have a credible fear of persecution or torture, they may no longer be subject to expedited removal, but go through a regular immigration hearing before a judge. If they fail to convince the USCIS officer that they have a credible fear of persecution or torture, they may be subject to expedited removal.

Thanks.

I've said it before, we can deny these fake asylum claims in less than a minute.

Are you claiming asylum?

"Yes"

Show me your evidence.

"Ummmm"

Thanks. The exit is that way>>>>>>

I think that most Democrats are smart enought to know that. If the Trump admin had complied with the judge's ruling and brought those TDA terrorists back, then the Democrats would have succeeded in placing American lives in danger in order to be protective of illegal alien terror gang members.
The order was for them to remain in the US. It was not an order to release the.

Your argument is based on a lie.

But the ultimate aim is for them to be released and become voting citizens, is it not?

If not, why keep them in the country?

Are you trying to create a permanent second-class noncitizen population?

The aim is for the administration to demonstrate they’re actually who they claim.

The aim is for the administration to demonstrate they’re actually who they claim.
To whom and why must they demonstrate that?

What law requires them to do that?

Should the Trump administration demonstrate it the same way that Biden demonstrated that the millions of people he deported were who they claimed they were?

The judge. Because that’s due process.
What law requires that?

Did the Biden administration do that for every expedited removal?

In spring 2023, the Biden administration began forcing people to undergo their initial asylum screenings while in Customs and Border Protection (CBP) jails.

Under this policy, people who fled their homes in search of safety are forced to recount their trauma to immigration officers during a credible fear interview that takes place within hours or days of arriving at the U.S. border. This interview is the threshold screening to determine asylum eligibility, and a denial can result in immediate deportation.

Despite the high stakes, the government regularly forces people to go through these interviews, often in a language they don’t understand, without an attorney to help them understand complex laws. As a result, the U.S. government is inevitably returning people to persecution or death.

The constitution.

Biden was violating the Constitution? Cool admission . Why didn't you speak up when he was doing this?
Please provide a link showing Biden was sending immigrants to a jail in El Salvador.
