You have to have prove that you were injured or damaged or your constitutional rights were violated.

There is not sufficient proof or grounds for the higher courts to decide that Trump has standing.

The election wasn’t stolen. Trumo’s attempt to get into the Supreme Court was to produce chaos. Chaos was the only way to stay in power. That is what January 6 was ultimately about. Or somehow force another election. That’s what the martial law promotion was all about. It is fascism.

60 and counting failed Trump lawsuits tell me that election fraud is a lie. Not just a lie but a Goebellesque Big Lie.

Suppose the courts would have required thorough investigations of the contested state elections before a winner was determined. How long woulld that have taken and who would have been president while the investigations were ongoing.

Of course the results would have been further contested in court. Most likely a year or more would pass before everything ended up before the Supreme Court.

Suppose the end result was that whoever was in the Oval Office had to vacate it and let his opponent take over. Would the new president get a full four year term requiring a change in the date of the nest Presidential Election.

The best solution was to simply say Biden won even if he didn’t Otherwise we would have had rioting in the streets and cities burnt to the ground and a possible race war.

Right now there is an election audit going on in Arizona. It is of course being ignored by the main stream media but the results will be interesting.

We were assigned "voters" to haul around in school buses to as many polling places as possible with their lists of names to "USE" to cast "their votes" My Aunt worked for them too by going to the county morgue twice a week picking up info on the departed and paying off the office staff.
