The U.S. Tax Code

qn8j8k.jpg

When you hear Republican politicians talking about filling out your income taxes on a post card, there is only one way that can be achieved.

By eliminating almost all tax expenditures.

They don't tell you that. They believe you are too stupid to understand it, and a lot of morons who think they are right wingers continuously demonstrate they actually are too stupid to get it.

But that is what politicians are saying when they talk about a postcard tax return.

Eliminating tax expenditures allows you to lower tax rates. They are intertwined.

It's so tragic that the parasite class (liberals, progressives, Democrats, etc.) feel that they have a right to take what other people have earned. You have to be sick, callous, and really greedy to find current tax rates acceptable. You have to be even worse to find the "death tax" acceptable. Taxing the assets of dead people is a special kind of libtard sick. Every asset that person has was already tax before. What right do liberals have to double-tax it? What right to liberals have to do something like this to a person...

"When the man passed away, his business was passed along to his only child who wanted to continue in his father’s footsteps. After the funeral, while still in grief, the IRS came to collect 55% of the value of the business from the son. He nearly declared bankruptcy."

Rep. Williams: My plan to help victims of our nation’s disastrous tax policies | Fox News

That is why you have life insurance.
And it's why we have this magical tool called "incorporation" which apparently the car dealership owner failed to utilize.
You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. Incorporation protects your private assets from being seized with regards to your business activities. It does not protect your business against taxes. And it does not prevent people from having to pay the death tax and then not having enough left over to run their business. God Almighty...stop acting like you know what you're talking about. You don't.

I love when liberals, who can't even hold a job, want to pretend like they are experts on running a business.

And yet not a single word about the trillions we piss away on meaningless military escapades around the world in defense of other countries.

Repups own both houses of congress so they must have generated bills to eliminate the death tax altogether. By now.

My question to you, where are those bills?

And yet not a single word about the trillions we piss away on meaningless military escapades around the world in defense of other countries.
There are three things we can do to provide an astronomical economic boon to this country.

1. Ban tax expenditures. That's one trillion dollars right there.

2. Raise the Social Security and Medicare eligibility age to 70, and index to 9 percent of the population going forward. We are living DECADES longer than our ancestors who established Social Security. It is only common sense we should work longer than they did. Only 5.4% of the population was over 65 when SS was established. In 1964, when Medicare was added, 9% of the population was over 65. Today, 14% of the population is over 65. We have nearly tripled the Social Security burden since it was established. This is an unsustainable trend. We are living longer, we should be working longer.

3. We need to stop subsidizing the social safety nets of our allies by paying for their national defense. Europe looks down their noses at us for not providing all the social services they do. Let's see how condescending they will be toward us when we stop paying for their defense and they try to do it while maintaining their social safety net at the same time.

Yes they do. They talk about it all the time. You have serious issues....

They get vetoed by Obama. Just like the bills to repeal Obamacare.

Just because we live longer doesn't mean we can work longer. You really think a 68 year old can be running around the football field in the NFL? You really think they can be lifting heavy trees doing landscaping work? Not everybody sits at a desk genius.

Social Security is 100% unconstitutional. We need to eliminate it and along with the other nonsense, will be more than $1 trillion right there.

The rubes bleev Democrats, and only Democrats, are big spenders. Despite decades of hard evidence to the contrary, they somehow manage to maintain this incredible delusion in their weak little minds.

It's amazing.

Way more people work at a desk than play football, genius.

The 68 year old of today is in way better health than the 58 year old of yesteryear.

As I said, only 5.4% of the population was over 65 at the time. That means Social Security was not meant for everyone to collect. It was for the exceptions who lived beyond the mean. Social Security was never intended to be "fair" or an "entitlement". It was INSURANCE.

If you think it is unfair now, just look how unfair it was back then. Most people were not expected to live long enough to collect. Especially the low income blue collar workers who died at a much younger age than white collar workers. And there were way more hard laborers as a percentage of the population back then than there are today.

Wake up.

And why would there be a word about that when the thread is about taxes? :eusa_doh:

For the record - I don't disagree with you at all. Obama has no business arming ISIS and trying to defeat Assad in Syria. He had no business overthrowing Qaddafi in Libya or Morsi in Egypt. But that's not what this thread is about.

JFC. I'm not a liberal any you are a fcking idiot. What any marginally competent attorney or biz manager will tell you is that the way to establish ownership in a relatively small family held biz is you form a small, closely held, NOT PUBLICALLY traded, corporation. Laws exist in all states and territories for this. One person DOES not own the whole thing. In fact, that's the idea. As people age they "sell" their stock back into the corporation and younger members take ownership. Essentially it is like an IRA or 401K in that older people get money out to retire upon. \

And, all corporate officers (shareholders) have life insurance that is payable to the corporation so that if, and when, they die, the corporation can cash out the rest of the ownership stake and pay taxes.

JFC. This is not rocket focking science. LOL

Again....nothing you stated there would even remotely apply to the situation. The death taxes were still due and the family still did not have enough money after that to keep the business running. Incorporating would have done nothing.

I'm shocked - this is the first time in my lifetime that a Democrat politician displayed even the slightest understanding of basic economics. I salute you Senator Wyden...

The Problem With This Senator's Plan to Help Businesses Deal With the Tax Code

Excellent link. Sadly, not many will read it.
While not related to taxes, I had to share this story because it once again highlights Democrat Senator Ron Wyden as someone that conservatives need to salute. After fighting for common sense tax reform, he fought to protect the U.S. Constitution and the privacy of the people. I might actually donate to this Senator's re-election campaigns in the future.

Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., opposed the amendment and decried what he said was the hypocrisy of defending gun rights while pushing for a measure that would undermine the constitutional prohibition against unlawful search and seizures.

Bill to Allow FBI Access to Browser History Without a Warrant Fails by Just Two Votes

The current tax code created by liberals is a disaster. It's so wasteful, it's so messy, and it allows them to hide additional taxes. The entire system needs to be overhauled to a 10% flat tax across the board with zero deductions permitted.

The High Cost of Paying Taxes

It's amazing that liberals still attempt all of their insane lies and propaganda when so much indisputable information is available thanks to technology:

chart-4.jpg

It is this special form of liberal insanity that has driven jobs overseas where it is exponentially cheaper for corporations to conduct business. Even Canada (and pretty damn left-wing socialist nation) had an astounding 13% lower corporate tax rate than the U.S. And we damn near double Switzerland's tax rate.

Until we reject the failed ideology of liberalism, we will continue to wallow in a less than stellar economy and an unsustainable $19 trillion or more in national debt.
