Well obviously ultrasound is good for harvesting baby parts to sell but not so good when a mother sees that "thing" inside of her is growing and is life

Pp doesn't want the women to know what is being done to them. They don't want the world to know. They fight against anything that guarantees women knowledge or power. They don't want any checks and balances that guarantee accountability and safety because they make their money off the victimization of women. If women aren't victimized, they don't make money. If they don't lie to and abuse women, they lose money.
