There Are Only Two Options in Why the Trump Shooting Took Place

Last Director blamed a slopey roof, so I’m not surprised.

Where’s the account of them knowing there was a guy with a gun on the roof 10 minutes before Trump walked out as you claim??

There’s no phrasing. Those are hard facts that can’t be worded in any other way.

The SS saw him on the roof with a rifle 10 minutes before Trump went on stage without raising the alarm to get Trump out.

And the SS snipers had him in their sights a full 3 minutes before the shooting yet waited for the assassin to get off 8 rounds at Trump.

Open Carry is legal except a valid permit/license is needed to carry a loaded handgun openly or concealed in a vehicle and for openly carrying in the city of Philadelphia.

Not to play devils advocate. But Pennsylvania is an open carry state. No laws were broken by having a gun on a rooftop.

Today, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided Commonwealth v. Hicks, No. 56 MAP 2017, and finding that it is unconstitutional under the Fourth Amendment to detain or frisk a person merely for carrying a firearm in Pennsylvania.

Whatever your view may be of carrying firearms in public, the fact is that in Pennsylvania it is perfectly legal. A person who is not otherwise disqualified under the law may carry a firearm openly anywhere in Pennsylvania without a license, except in Philadelphia where a license is required.

Dufus thinks you can walk up to Harris with a gun.

Pointing a rifle at anybody (from any spot, sloped roof or not) is a crime.

He should have had his head ventilated before he pulled the trigger even once.

Yet before he pointed it, and there are arguments as to how they could tell he pointed it at someone, he was in perfectly legal territory.

2nd amendment.

The scope from one of the Secret Service snipers should have trained on him the whole time. In fact, that rooftop should have been fully off limits.

1. The government orchestrated the shooting using a loner with mental issues to do the shooting knowing the shooter would be dead within seconds of Trump being shot.

2. A 20 year old kid with mental issues outsmarted the most sophisticated protective agency in the world.

You pick. Both choices are really really bad.
I never choose conspiracy when incompetence is the other option.

You have to post signs where guns aren't allowed.

Mystifying. He should never have been able to get any shots off.

Also, I hear that there were other Secret Service snipers at the rally.
You can't shoot somebody, especially in an open carry state, just for having a gun.

That's why they have magnetometers to get inside the "secure zone"
