Palestine was a region that belonged to the Ottoman Empire for the last 600 years, and the ONLY people that were considered Palestians were JEWS. Arabs who are recent invaders to the region from neighboring arab lands adopted the name Palestinian as of 1967.

So lets see here. We all know Israel existed since antiquity & here you are to show us that the earliest map of Palestine wasn't made until 1867. I had no idea that Palestine is just some modern invention.
