I guess he can't "make them" stop, but he can certainly denounce his supporters who are rioting in the streets for Black Lives Matter. But he hasn't denounced them at all by name.

Even without denouncing BLM, there is so much more that Vice President Biden could do- but has refused to consider- to help police officers. Providing Body Armor for cops, including helmets, armored police cruisers, tax credits for donut restaurants who install bullet proof glass, the building of underground bunkers for officers so they can remain safe during riots, etc., would all help cops remain safe so they can finish their shifts and go home to their families.
