At least Mean Joe had a reason for looking like he'd been rode hard and put away wet, he'd been playing in a football game.

Fetterman just looks tired and hungover. Not really sure that it's a good look for someone trying to run for office. I prefer my candidates to look like they are alert and ready to do the job, not hungover and beat.
