That and they have to be separated while any documents can be examined to determine if it's actually their parents or they're just renting kids so they'll get a free pass or, to determine if the supposed parents are just traffickers.

Our local BP caught several doing the same thing with multiple kids over the course of a few weeks.

The saddest part of it is how many of these kids and young women being trafficked are being so for the purposes of turning them into sex slaves.

At one point last year over half the women when interviewed said they'd been raped multiple times by the traffickers on the way up from the Triangle.

You don't need them together while you wait on results from a DNA test, what you do need to do is protect those children while you wait for the results.

When someone is suspected of an immigration violation, you are NOT taking them into custody.
Immigration violation is a civil offense, NOT a crime.
And NO, it IS a crime to separate juveniles from parents.
The psychological results can be devastating.
There is no other country on the planet that would do that.

And no, if you have separated them, the DNA tests are no longer valid because they could easily have gotten mixed up.
You have to do them together, at the same time and place.

Yes DHS is lying about everything, and should not even exist.

Most people who are caught in the US after improper immigration ARE sent back after processing when caught.
Only those applying for asylum are not.
And they can not legally be separated.
They did not try to sneak in, but deliberately turned themselves in, for asylum processing.
