Sussman trial proved there was hanky panky......no CT here, Dragoonlady.

The Sussman trial proved they had NOTHING. The jury tossed that case in less time than it takes to order a coffee at Starbucks, saying the charges should never have been filed.

That was Dunham's "Hail Mary" play. Mueller investigated for 2 years at a cost of $30 million, filed over 120 charges against Americans and Russian entities and individuals, and got 10 guilty verdicts/pleas, while recovering more than $42 million in fines and levies.

Dunham filed two cases, but the first one was against the FBI drone who made that minor change on the Carter Page FISA renewal, but the IG found that one. Nothing to do with Barr or Dunham. He cost the taxpayers $5.4 million and recovered NOTHING.

Just another lying Narrative from The Party of Liars, Globalists and Sell Outs who betray America to line their own pockets.

6 years of "GET TRUMP" and nothing but lies. You even colluded with Russia and a Crooked FBI and still could not destroy The President. In a nation like China, people like you and your friends would be hung for treason.

I perfer you get life in prison.
Lie?
10,000 documents were seized through the warrant search. 100 or so of which were classified. None of which Trump held legally.

Kinda hard when it has been determined there were 100 doc's of concern.
Huh?
All of the docs are and have been a concern.
NARA asked for all of the docs be returned. The subpoena ordered all the docs be returned.
The warrant cited violations of statutes that had nothing to do with classification. The classified docs are a whole other set of criminal liability for Trump.

You really need to get up to speed.

From tonight's Politico:

"Trump suffers setback as appeals panel rejects Cannon ruling"

"The panel ruled that Judge Aileen Cannon erred.

A three-judge appeals court panel has granted the Justice Department’s request to block aspects of U.S. District Court Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling that delayed a criminal investigation into highly sensitive documents seized from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

The panel ruled that Cannon, a Trump appointee, erred when she temporarily prevented federal prosecutors from using the roughly 100 documents — marked as classified – recovered from Trump’s estate as part of a criminal inquiry.

Trump “has not even attempted to show that he has a need to know the information contained in the classified documents,” the panel ruled in a 29-page decision. “Nor has he established that the current administration has waived that requirement for these documents.”

In the unanimous decision, the judges declared it “self-evident” that the public interest favored allowing the Justice Department to determine whether any of the records were improperly disclosed, risking national security damage.
“For our part, we cannot discern why Plaintiff would have an individual interest in or need for any of the one-hundred documents with classification markings,” the appeals court wrote in an opinion that listed no individual judge as the author.

“Permitting the United States to retain the documents does not suggest that they will be released; indeed, a purpose of the United States’s efforts in investigating the recovered classified documents is to limit unauthorized disclosure of the information they contain,” the appeals judges wrote. “Not only that, but any authorized official who makes an improper disclosure risks her own criminal liability.”

(the emphasis by me)

This is a rather stiff shot to both Judge Cannon and to the Trump lawyers. The unanimous decision is surprisingly blunt, in my opinion. "cannot discern why Plaintiff"......... "not even attempted to show".

This ruling is likely not being received warmly by the lawyers representing DTrump's interest in this case.

IMHO

President Trump said they took his living will.

That's not going to play well with the employable 70% of the country....

Wait til he releases the home videos.... knuckle-dragging brownshirts trying on Melania's strapless dresses and heels isn't going to play well either... :laughing0301: :laughing0301:

Except he's never going to release the videos. Because the videos don't show what he wants them to show.

Although this thread is clearly meaningless, one thing we can say about it:

Chilliconcrap is unable to post coherently.

This has nothing to do with Sussman, only what was revealed through the investigation. Something like 30 or so people implicated.

FISA a minor change? He lost his job over it, joining Comey, McCabe, Strozk and others.....LOL

The question is over which doc's are of concern. FBI took more than called for.

30 or 40 people "implicated". In WHAT exactly???? There was absolutely no proof of any of the wild claims Donald Trump made. There was no "witch hunt". He was not "spied upon". And despite a total of 5 investigations of Hillary Clinton by people Trump picked, including Mike Pompeo at State, and not one charge against her.

Despite all of Trumps claims about Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Biden and Obama, not one allegation or charge against them.

When Democrats investigate, they wait for a crime to be committed and then they investigate. Like the phone call to Zelensky, or the January 6th Insurrection. Real events, that we've got hard evidence really occurred.

When Republicans investigate Democrats, they make something up, like "They spied on me", and then they investigate. There was no evidence that Trump was spied on other than him saying so, and yet the Justice Department spent millions investigating it and found nothing.

Now that no proof of Trump lies about Democrats has been found, Republicans are resorting to the usual "They got away with it again", lie. Only Republicans get punished. Well Republicans are only investigated when they DO SOMETHING. Democrats don't investigate shit they made up.

Trump Really Was Spied On

Durham says techies linked to the Clinton campaign had access to White House and Trump Tower internet data.

Dragonlady

There was no "witch hunt". He was not "spied upon".
From Robert Muellers testimony before congress:

Second, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government in its election interference activities. We did not address collusion, which is not a legal term; rather we focused on whether the evidence was sufficient to charge any member of the campaign with taking part in a criminal conspiracy, and there was not.

Despite all of Trumps claims about Brennan, Clapper, Comey, McCabe, Biden and Obama, not one allegation or charge against them.

They all left public service over those claims before they could be investigated.
