People like him would still have us all thinking that the Earth is the center of the universe because any new idea that doesn't line up with the official government line is deemed misinformation and, therefore, speech that is not allowed. It is actually the right who are willing to listen to ideas and speech of all kinds.

Winner.

Misinformation is code for, I'm a leftist, I don't want the truth out because it might contradict my message. Therefore I am shutting down free speech and calling you a conspiracy theorist.

Maybe not

Why dont you ‘splain it to us Ricky?

Tell us how lucky we are when libs in government decide what we can or cant say
You are still accountable for what you say
Private platforms can block your speech

In the distant past we had newspapers with opposing points of view
