I think we would qualify as upper middle class, but I guess that depends on whose list you are going by.

I will retire at 65 and my wife will be 62. We are saving and both will have a Govt pension.

There is little the Govt does that impact my life to any meaningful amount.

With Trump I do worry about friends I have that are in same sex marriages and that are Trans, they will both likely lose rights. But hey, I live in the state of Ill so any vote not for Harris is a thrown away vote anyhow.
