To what degree is it appropriate for a sitting president to deprecate a SCOTUS decision?

These are the people that tear up state of the union speaches and classlessly grimace like a menopausing bitch.

It's not appropiate for a sitting President to deprecate a Scotus decision.

But then there is no President in the WH, there is only a baked potato.

Andrew Jackson did.. and defied the supreme court.

The executive branch has equal power with the judicial branch. And this was the first time in the modern era that the supreme court ruled to take away rights from American citizens. The president was right to denounce this decision.

Agree. That's why the Supreme Court gave it to the States to decide.

Biden was pretty harsh this afternoon as his condemned the conservative justices and called it a “sad day for the country*” and the ruling a “tragic error.” He even went so far as to claim that the justices “took away a Constitutional right” when of course there is no constitutional right to an abortion and was the crux of what the SCOTUS determined.

Is it not undermining a co-equal branch of the government for a president to say that the SCOTUS has violated the Constitution?

* It‘s not a sad day for million of yet unborn children.

Like trump did over and over.....You Hypocrite!

Abortion is a medical procedure. Do you need constitutional approval for Viagra or heart surgery?
Nonsense, the Constitution neither condones or condemns abortion. Roe was never needed. SCOTUS was correct this time.
