I can't believe the guy got out of his car and walked onto the track. That was a really stupid move. I doubt the driver even saw him, until it was too late.

Other drivers managed not to hit him

He jumped out of the way of the only car that was even close to him, the rest of them were much lower on the track.

Stewart needs to be charged with first degree manslaughter or at the very least negligent homicide and locked up for five years, or longer. His history....including numerous crashes and injury to other drivers, is well documented and has no place in the dangerous sport of racing.
