But as I've said before, there is only 2 sexes. Male and female, and aside from the very rare genetic anomaly there are 2 sexes and nothing else and what you're born as is what you are no matter much surgery or makeup you wear or hormones you take you're what your born as. You can pull the stem off an apple and paint it orange but that doesn't mean it's an orange.

Just like there are only 4 sexual orientations and that's it. Either you like dick, or you like pussy, or you like both, or you're asexual. The idea there are hundreds of sexual orientations is ridiculous, there are only 4.

Far as the swimmer. You can call yourself and cosplay as whatever you want, but soon as your identity impacts anyone else it's time to stop pretending and be realistic.
