trump admits Biden's name came up with Ukrainian President

As you know, the Clinton Foundation was used as their own private slush fund. They used it to pay for all their travel, lodging, meals, and I believe, Chelsea's wedding. Where did all the money go?

Just 5.7 Percent Of Clinton Foundation Budget Actually Went To Charitable Grants

Just 5.7 percent of the Clinton Foundation’s massive 2014 budget actually went to charitable grants, according to the tax-exempt organization’s IRS filings. The rest went to salaries and employee benefits, fundraising and “other expenses.”

The Clinton Foundation spent a hair under $91.3 million in 2014, the organization’s IRS filings show. But less than $5.2 million of that went to charitable grants.

And 0% went to the Clintons.
You have no point.

President Trump Admits He Spoke to Ukraine President About Corruption and Possibly Biden

So....if Ukraine launches an investigation.....again.....that they are providing something of value to the trump campaign....that is a felony according to Federal Code.

Just asking for the investigation may be illegal and is certainly an abuse of power.

Trump: Is it true that Biden used extortion and threats to force you to fire a prosecutor?

Ukraine President: Yes they don't call him creepy Joe for nothing.

Lol, so you're saying it's against the law to prove democrats crimes.
It's against the law for a candidate to solicit foreign aid to their campaign.

Didnt stop the hillary from receiving millions in campaign money from other countries through her "foundation". You were down and voted for her even though she broke the law.

But but but Hillary's collusion, corruption, selling political favors, amassing over $2 billion in 'contributions' that's totally Different.

That the Clintons did not profit from the foundation.

You provided nothing that supports your "slush fund" assertion.

Grants? You mean donations to other charities? Doesn't the Clinton Foundation conduct most of its charitable activities directly? Basically they spend about 90% on all charities.

Show us.

That's a joke.

A Brief Analysis of the Clinton and Trump Foundations

STRUCTURE
Let us begin with a comparison of the basic facts. The Trump Foundation is legally categorized as a “private non-operating foundation” whereas the Clinton Foundation is a “public charity.” In simple terms that means the Trump Foundation is meant primarily as a vehicle for distributing grants from the Trump family fortune—although it also accepts funding from other donors. The Clinton Foundation is meant primarily as a vehicle for directly operating programs for the social good—while also making some grants to other organizations.

Both the Trump Foundation and the Clinton Foundation are filed under section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. tax code, meaning they legally cannot engage in electoral activity.

SIZE
One thing is indisputable: the Clinton Foundation is far larger than the Trump Foundation. The latest comparable data from December 31st, 2014 shows the Clinton Foundation with assets of $354 million, compared with the Trump Foundation’s $1 million. The Clinton Foundation had total expenses of $91,281,145, versus $596,450 for the Trump Foundation. The Clinton Foundation had 486 staff compared to zero staff at the Trump Foundation.

The Clinton family’s tax returns suggest that the majority of its charitable giving has been through the Clinton Foundation.

TRANSPARENCY AND STRATEGY

As a part of achieving a Platinum seal, the Clinton Foundation has provided a set of quantitative metrics about its programs. For example, one metric, “number of farmers benefitting from access to improved agricultural practices, increased yields, and enhanced market access,” rose from 66,124 in 2014 to 114,825 in 2015. Another, the “number of girls and women provided access to job skills training and livelihood support,” rose from 35,587 in 2014 to 48,696 in 2015. The fact that the Clinton Foundation provides such metrics makes it far easier for donors and citizens to meaningfully analyze the institution’s value to society.

Where Does Clinton Foundation Money Go?

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says that “so little” of the charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation “actually go to charitable works” — a figure CARLY for America later put at about 6 percent of its annual revenues — but Fiorina is simply wrong.

Fiorina and others are referring only to the amount donated by the Clinton Foundation to outside charities, ignoring the fact that most of the Clinton Foundation’s charitable work is performed in-house. One independent philanthropy watchdog did an analysis of Clinton Foundation funding and concluded that about 89 percent of its funding went to charity.

Simply put, despite its name, the Clinton Foundation is not a private foundation — which typically acts as a pass-through for private donations to other charitable organizations. Rather, it is a public charity. It conducts most of its charitable activities directly.

How the Clinton Foundation Got Rich off Poor Haitians

It filtered money through Haiti and back to itself.
EDITOR’S NOTE: The following article is excerpted from Dinesh D’Souza’s new book, Hillary’s America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party.

In January 2015 a group of Haitians surrounded the New York offices of the Clinton Foundation. They chanted slogans, accusing Bill and Hillary Clinton of having robbed them of “billions of dollars.” Two months later, the Haitians were at it again, accusing the Clintons of duplicity, malfeasance, and theft. And in May 2015, they were back, this time outside New York’s Cipriani, where Bill Clinton received an award and collected a $500,000 check for his foundation. “Clinton, where’s the money?” the Haitian signs read. “In whose pockets?” Said Dhoud Andre of the Commission Against Dictatorship, “We are telling the world of the crimes that Bill and Hillary Clinton are responsible for in Haiti.”

Haitians like Andre may sound a bit strident, but he and the protesters had good reason to be disgruntled. They had suffered a heavy blow from Mother Nature, and now it appeared that they were being battered again — this time by the Clintons. Their story goes back to 2010, when a massive 7.0 earthquake devastated the island, killing more than 200,000 people, leveling 100,000 homes, and leaving 1.5 million people destitute.

The devastating effect of the earthquake on a very poor nation provoked worldwide concern and inspired an outpouring of aid money intended to rebuild Haiti. Countries around the world, as well as private and philanthropic groups such as the Red Cross and the Salvation Army, provided some $10.5 billion in aid, with $3.9 billion of it coming from the United States.

Haitians such as Andre, however, noticed that very little of this aid money actually got to poor people in Haiti. Some projects championed by the Clintons, such as the building of industrial parks and posh hotels, cost a great deal of money and offered scarce benefits to the truly needy. Port-au-Prince was supposed to be rebuilt; it was never rebuilt. Projects aimed at creating jobs proved to be bitter disappointments. Haitian unemployment remained high, largely undented by the funds that were supposed to pour into the country. Famine and illness continued to devastate the island nation.

The Haitians were initially sympathetic to the Clintons. One may say they believed in the message of “hope and change.” With his customary overstatement, Bill told the media, “Wouldn’t it be great if they become the first wireless nation in the world? They could, I’m telling you, they really could.”

This is becoming a game for trump....He is now trying to see how many laws and protocols he can break without being impeached.

He has no bounds! He has no morals. He has no ethics.

The founders never envisioned a Mafia Boss as President....

Obstruction of the complaint is the crime. There may be others, but the crime which should be emphasized is not how many times the administration says it pressured the Ukrainian president, but the act of obstruction which is keeping that urgent, credible report from going to Congress.

Come on, we all know the best the Trumpstettes have is "they all do it." IF there's a transcript showing a quid pro quo with Trump conditioning turning loose of funds congress approved to Ukraine further Trump's political fortunes … that's abuse of office and a high crime or misdemeanor regardless of whether it's extortion or bribery (which it might no be, strangely enough). But even if the transcript is there, the gop will not convict Trump on a bill of impeachment.
Trump says he had a great call with the Ukraine President, even a perfect call. The Ukraine President has made it clear he was not coerced. The prosecutor has made it clear that he reopened the case because of Biden Bragging about his Billion Dollar Bounty not because of anything Trump did.

"The prosecutor has made it clear that he reopened the case because of Biden Bragging about his Billion Dollar Bounty."

The prosecutor said no such thing. All that he purportedly said was that he was planning on investigating Burisma and even Hunter Biden when he was fired. So even according to that, he had not reopened the case. And that's if you b'lieve John Solomon, a rightwing editorialist who claims Shokin told him that in a letter. And even if true, you just said he "reopened the case because of Biden Bragging about his Billion Dollar Bounty." Only that happened years after the corrupt prosecutor was kicked to the curb, so it's impossible that he reopened the case for that reason. And lastly, whatever Shokin spits out about Biden is suspect since Biden got him fired and in embarrassing fashion.

If truth and facts were on your side, you wouldn't have to lie like ya do.

That's it? Discredited nonsense?

Where's the "slush fund" and personal profiteering?

What is the legal status of the foundation today?
