Trump calls for nationwide concealed carry

The Second Amendment affirms a right of the people to keep and bear arms, and forbids infringement of that right. To dictate the manner in which arms may or may not be carried (open or concealed) would be an infringement of that right.

So yes, concealed carry is a Constitutionally-protected right.

Not even Scalia would have bought that nonsense. The courts have repeatedly upheld the constitutionality of laws that restrict concealed carry.
As usual, when a liberal loses the debate over the people's right to keep and bear arms, he tries to change the subject. It's no longer about what the Constitution says. Now it's about what other people claim the Constitution says. Regardless of the fact that the Constitution says something obviously different.
