This latest filing is a response to the AG's memorandum in opposition, and it is the first real look at the arguments that Trump's attorney's will bring on appeal.

It does a great job of shredding the AG's brief in opposition and Engoron's damages.

They are out of Engoron's kangaroo court, hopefully the appeals court will enforce their previous ruling wrt the statute of limitations and application of "continuing harm" doctrine.

If they do just that one thing, it will time bar $351 Million in penalties and interest.
