trump congratulates Kim Jong Un because

Actually, there is nothing more stable than a 3 legged table.
Anything with 4 legs automatically can never be stable since it is essentially impossible for 4 points to all be on the exact same plane. But 3 points ALWAYS are on the same plane.
Physics and every table / chair ever made proves you a fool

You said he speaks without notes or a teleprompter. That's not completely true, but whether his remarks are prepared or not, they are still hateful and childish. I guess that's all it takes to make you MAGAs happy.
what was hateful and childish about this remark?

He loves Dictators and hopes to be one some day. And MAGA wants him to be their god.
Joey Xiden is the one that has embraced this organization and is attempting to allow this organization (that just elected Kim), to dictate our health policies. FACT SHEET: The Biden Administration’s Commitment to Global Health | The White House

So, why shouldn't Trump congratulate Kim? Under Xiden we have embraced his leadership on health matters.

Electing North Korea to be on the executive board of WHO, which acts as an advisory body to the World Health Assembly and is responsible for implementing the policies and decisions made by the assembly, only demonstrates the credibility of WHO.
There are 34 executive board members of WHO, whose membership rotates, and all are supposedly health officials or experts from their countries. There is no reason to oppose N. Korea’s participation in this international health organization, and many reasons to include them. Indeed opening up such channels of communication — not like Trump’s fawning praise of its leader — is useful. Why? First, for epidemic prevention and health reasons of course.

Also, the U.S. has never formally recognized North Korea and neither country has any embassy or official diplomatic representative in the other. There is still no formal “peace treaty” between the North and our South Korean ally, not even seventy years after the Korean War. Only by virtue of its membership in WHO does the North Korean totalitarian dictatorship have the right to establish a small U.N.-sponsored mission in NYC.

Even at this mission, the North Korean dictatorship unfortunately maintains a policy of extreme isolation for their staff.

Is offering a congrats to someone "fawning praise?" Especially if, as you claim, there is no reason to oppose their membership, especially if it's important to open up channels of communication?

Not necessarily. But Trump is not in charge of U.S. diplomacy and it was inappropriate for him to comment on this routine matter — another attempt to keep his name in the headlines.

When President, when he was meeting with the North Korean dictator (also not necessarily inappropriate in itself), and afterwards of course as well, Trump went out of his way to make totally inappropriate comments (he said he was “honored” to be allowed to cross into North Korea).

Trump has regularly made inappropriate comments about how he personally admires Putin and XiJinping as well, even as they take ever more dictatorial measures. Indeed, he even implies praise for many of these measures (the “brilliant” comment during Putin’s invasion of Ukraine; the “I wish I could do the same” as XiJinping extended his position past the previously allowed two terms in China. During Trump’s presidency Xi even put his name and “Thought” into the Chinese “Constitution” itself).

In my opinion, these were all either “fawning” irresponsible attempts to ingratiate himself, or simple expressions of his own subliminated desires.

The executive board demonstrated its ability and relevance in its response to COVID back in 2020. WHO provided a lackluster response to COVID with their initial epicenter events and the rest is history.

The United States is just a single stakeholder in the peace negotiations, and it's not the sole responsibility of the United States to accomplish this outcome. While Trump made positive progress with bring North and South Korea together, there are many additional stakeholders who bear the burden to resolve this. Including: North Korea, South Korea, the United Nations, China and other countries that have vested interest in the Korean peace process due to regional security concerns, economic ties, and geopolitical considerations (e.g. Japan). Not sure what point you were trying to make there regardless, as it has nothing to do with WHO.

the WHO flat out help cover for china whe it came to covid

To get back to my point…

I have been showing a pattern of our MAGAnut “wanna-be-dictator” Orange Hero’s comments on the occasion of XiJinping taking absolute power in China. This comment (MAGA folk will say he was just “jesting”) was made even after Xi had “XiJinping Thought” written into the very Chinese constitution, thus reversing Chinese governmental and dissident-advocated reform efforts made over the previous several decades:

the same Xi? Xiden’s “old friend?” haha

struth and all the “Xiden” liars & demagogues are just ultra-partisan fools who know nothing of U.S.-Chinese relations, and care nothing about how this crucial relationship can develop either in the interests of human freedom, or in the interests of dictatorship, both there and here as well.

the partisan cultist are the idiots that think it’s “inappropriate” for someone to congratulate someone on what you described as a routine event
