It took the ACA passing for you to realize you'd age over the subsequent 15 years and the health care professionals providing services would get annual raises? A little late to the party, but congrats on learning a little more about how the world works.
That said, cost growth after the ACA passed fell to the lowest levels on record, which is why health care costs society the same thing today as it did 15 years ago (~17% of GDP). Which is completely unprecedented over any such period on record.
