That's what the Russians said when they started bombing Syrian civilians. The downside was that they just kill too many civilians, though they do it on purpose of course. And the reason they don't want boots on the ground is because they don't care who they kill and they don't have the balls to go to a real war. They just pretend they are there. It's unlikely they use them much more, US, because of the outcries in other countries, Afghanistan for instance. They don't want someone killing their own people. No one is watching Syria.

My god if US went to Syria with the same principles as Russia has with the same results.

You see, when US drones kill four people accidentally, US goes and Russia goes but when Russia kills 200 and says never happened ...

How does one fight a war against radical Muslim terrorist or any other enemy without killing people?
