Trump Indicted

Maybe we'll get it; maybe we won't. But one thing this proves is that the OIC is not afraid to indict the ex president.

This isn't a miscarriage of justice. This is the total loss of justice. This stupidity is an insult to every serviceman who sacrificed his life on the battlefield for freedom. All those sacrifices were in vain as a result of Garland's power grab.

Comer produced literal receipts a few weeks ago. They have THOUSANDS of shady bank records.
The reason the leftist you replied to is unaware of all the receipts is that the lib media he listens to didn‘t report it - and that’s what worries me most: there are many more like him, completely oblivious to the evidence of Biden’s bribery and laundering scheme.

And right after the anniversary of D-Day too.

There is no 44 U. S. Code § 2205(g). You must have confused it with another statute.

And 2205 is headed:

44 U.S. Code § 2205 - Exceptions to restricted access

Thus at § 2205(3):

the Presidential records of a former President shall be available to such former President

My bad: 2203...

(g)(1) Upon the conclusion of a President’s term of office, or if a President serves consecutive terms upon the conclusion of the last term, the Archivist of the United States shall assume responsibility for the custody, control, and preservation of, and access to, the Presidential records of that President. The Archivist shall have an affirmative duty to make such records available to the public as rapidly and completely as possible consistent with the provisions of this chapter.
