Trump Indicted

The GOP is so locked in a cult of personality around him and his leadership that he's still going to end up with the party's presidential nomination. The only way this will not happen is if these latest charges result in prison time.
He can still get the nomination from Prison. All it takes is the majority of delegates at the convention. The GOP is just crazy enough to do it.

My theory: Trump declassified the Crossfire Hurricane documents so they would be available to show to the public how corrupt the Democrat party really is. They couldn't let that happen so they raided his home, took the docs and re-classified them. Now they are trying to get him for having classified documents. IMO they have committed crimes under color of law.
As often told, Trump had the power to declassify all the crossfire hurricane documents. He could have put it in an executive order so the FBI and DOJ would have to comply.

So why didn't Trump do that?

Actually it was, fucktardo.

It seems like U MAD Bro? Y U mad?

iu
Presidents aren’t in charge of arresting people, dumbass.

I’m not the one threatening violence, you fucking pussy.

Trump could have declassified crossfire hurricane with a single executive order. Once published it would have forced the FBI, and DOJ to fully comply with it, and release the documents.

So why would Trump instead steal the documents, when he could have declassified them with a one line executive order.

The point here is that the Trump cult sore-losers have retreated into an alternate kook-reality, and they're never coming out.

Even after Trump's many convictions, they'll still be raving. They are forever lost to sanity. It's not possible to haul them back into the reality of normal people.
Yeah thats just it... the political right is at a cross-roads again. Do you actually keep going down the crazy road where you have to continually rely on baseless conspiracy theories and try to sell them by creating other conspiracy theories or do you return to sanity and good governance? I think the Trump cult is intractable at this point.

Now within the cult you have a sub-spectrum--just like you do with any other cult/religion. There are the true believers, the somewhat true believers, the principled middle and the wannabes who are there almost as refuge or other motivation. The true believers may be long gone and prefer no government to one that doesn't subscribe to their warped view of reality. They are no longer in the GOP. Most will not vote for anyone other than Trump. And that is great news for the Democrats in particular and America on the whole...long term. A less crazy GOP means one that works with the opposition party and maybe you can get some movement on student debt relief, resuscitating foreign relations, and actually working on big things again--nationwide rail, nationwide internet, etc...

Now the question becomes, "How many are there." This is where the news is less favorable for Democrats because the folks who hold this warped view of reality are often in brick red states anyway so a DeSantis or Haley or Christie wins Mississippi 60-40 percent not 64-36 percent. It doesn't matter in terms of elections. Now, if you take the same 5,000 folks and spread them out over WI, PA, MI, AZ, or GA...now you'll see some electoral shift.

Perhaps technically, but I'd like to think that the party even at that point wouldn't be insane enough to nominate a candidate who couldn't effectively serve in that capacity for being behind bars.

I hope you're right. But then again...these are the same people who cheer when one of their red state toothache loser governors ship humans thousands of miles away for a publicity stunt. Depravity is a growing cancer in the GOP.

He just took them which a President can do and, a President can declassify at a whim. Paperwork comes later. You are creating a fanciful story with your 'would have could have' speculation. The problem you are having is believing all the bullshit you have been fed by the Democrats, the Democrat controlled media and your own psychotic, seething hatred of Trump.

There's a process to declassify. Seems that didn't happen for all of the documents.

Why would Trump steal them?
When he could have declassified them with an EO?

Your theory makes absolutely zero sense.

No, the point is if you are a member of the dem political class, you are above the law.

History tells us that this is the last step before a revolution occurs. Right now we are following the course of the collapse of the Roman Republic to a "T".

The same levels of political corruption, the same abuses of power, the same theft of taxpayer monies etc.

Now, the question is, what comes after.

One thing I can safely tell you, we are living in interesting times.

And, if you are at all familiar with foreign cultures, you will recognize that phrase as a curse.

But, you progbots are too ignorant and stupid to understand.
