After Trump is sworn in, he is going to hit the ground running. White America wants change? There will be fundamental change to this country.

Remember, it was under Bush we had trillions in tax cuts that not only gave us enormous deficits but continue to this day to give us enormous deficits. And most of the cuts when to the very wealthy.
